Commissioning is inherently multi-party. Your CxA team, mechanical contractors, electrical contractors, controls contractors, and building owners all need different levels of access to the same data.
BuildingCX handles this with:

- Owner portal: Building owners get a read-only view of progress and issues

BuildingCX is live and available for commissioning projects. The Solo plan is free for 1 project with up to 3 team members — enough to evaluate the platform on a real project.
For firms running multiple projects, the Firm plan covers up to 30 active projects per year with unlimited team members, custom-branded PDFs, and the full contractor/owner portal system.
