Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuildingCX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

BuildingCX provides a web-based platform for managing building commissioning workflows including checklists, issue tracking, functional testing, and closeout documentation.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person may not maintain more than one account.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create in BuildingCX. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your project data, checklists, or documents. You grant us a license to host and serve your content as necessary to provide the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

Payment and Billing

The Solo plan is free. The Firm plan is billed annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

BuildingCX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
