- Providing the commissioning workflow features you use
- Sending essential service communications (password resets, security alerts)

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. File uploads (photos, documents) are stored in encrypted object storage.
Data Retention
Your data remains accessible as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Project data shared with other users may persist in their accounts.
