What Solo and Firm actually include, and how to move between them.

Billing lives in Settings, visible to Owners and Admins only. Solo is free: one active project, up to three team members, and no custom branding, contractor or owner portals, audit export, or priority support. Firm is $7,000 a year or $700 a month — you choose the interval when you upgrade — with unlimited team members, up to 30 active projects on a rolling 12-month window, custom-branded PDFs, both portals, an exportable audit log, and priority support.

Upgrading routes you to Stripe Checkout. Once you’re on Firm, day-to-day billing — payment method, invoices — is handled through Stripe’s own self-serve portal, linked right from this page. You’ll also see your current usage against your limits, your subscription status, and your next invoice details whenever you’re on a paid plan.
