Closeout pulls from what’s already done. The document checklist auto-generates from your completed pre-functional forms, functional tests, and resolved issues — nothing gets re-typed or re-tracked by hand.

Add manual items for anything the system can’t infer on its own — O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranty certificates — and toggle each one complete as the documents actually arrive. A readiness indicator shows at a glance whether the project is ready for owner handover, and outstanding issues block that readiness on purpose: every issue has to close before closeout can complete. The end result is a full report package — documents, test results, and issue resolution records — ready to hand to the owner.
