Items aren’t just checkboxes: measured values with units, text notes, and N/A marking are all first-class field types. Multiple contractors can fill their sections at the same time — real-time sync means no version conflicts, no “who has the latest copy” confusion. Signatures are phase-gated: trades sign first, then the CxA reviews and approves. Every completed form exports to a branded PDF with every signature, value, and note embedded — ready for a submittal package. Status moves Draft → In Progress → Submitted → Approved; Submitted locks the fields, and Approved requires the CxA role specifically.
